Payment Terms

Full Payment Requirement: Full payment must be received prior to the collection of your sauna room. No product will be released until payment is confirmed.

Bank Transfers: Payments made via bank transfer may require 1 to 2 business days for processing and clearance. Please ensure that your payment is fully processed and cleared before your scheduled collection date.

Deposit Orders: For orders placed on deposit, the outstanding balance must be paid in full within six (6) months from the date of the initial deposit. The items will be reserved for this period. In the event of a cancellation, a restocking fee of 15% of the total order.

Returns and Refunds

Return Policy: All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. To qualify for a refund, customers must return the sauna in its original factory packaging with all components securely packed in the flat-pack configuration. Our quality assurance team will inspect the returned item upon receipt, and refund approval will be granted only after verification of product condition. Please allow 3-5 business days for the inspection process to be completed.

Refund Process: Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original method of payment, subject to applicable banking regulations and after deducting any applicable fees.

Service Radius: Labor costs for repairs are covered within a 50 km radius from metropolitan area of major cities across Australia. For locations beyond this radius, parts will be shipped for self-repair, or repairs may be arranged at an additional cost.

Delivery Terms

Estimated Delivery Timeframe: Delivery of your sauna room is estimated to occur within 1 to 3 weeks from the date of purchase, subject to stock availability. A more precise delivery date will be provided once your order has been processed.

Delivery Charges: Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our warehouse to your delivery address. The specific fee will be confirmed upon order placement. Please consult with our sales team for the exact delivery cost prior to finalizing your purchase.

Access and Delivery Requirements: Ensure that the delivery address is accessible and that there is sufficient space for the sauna room. Any obstacles or delivery restrictions may incur additional charges. Please confirm access details with us at least 48 hours before delivery.

Installation Services: If you opt for installation services, please ensure that the designated installation area is clear and meets the required dimensions for proper assembly. Any modifications to the installation area after scheduling may result in additional charges.

Amendments and Entire Agreement

Amendments: Orans reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be posted on our website and shall become effective immediately upon posting.

Entire Agreement: These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Orans regarding the purchase and use of our products and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
