Founded in 1998 in Baverno, Italy, our vision has been to make the sauna experience part of everyday life. Thoughtfully designed, accessible and deeply connected to nature.

Through a shared dedication to craftsmanship and wellbeing, we partnered with renowned Italian designer Nilo Gioacchini. Together, we brought to life a collection that blends Nordic sensibility with European refinement, honouring traditional sauna rituals while adapting to modern spaces and lifestyles.

In 2000, we launched our first range of traditional, infrared and full-spectrum saunas. Every curve, grain and joint has been chosen to echo something wilder. The smooth bend of a timber panel mirrors the line of an ocean swell; the texture of a bench recalls bark under the hand; the soft steam rising from hot stone reflects the morning mist over a forest floor. 

Today, Orans has grown into one of the world’s leading sauna manufacturers. We’ve earned global recognition, including Red Dot and iF Design awards, and are trusted by wellness spaces, developers and distributors worldwide. 

Our offering has since expanded to include ice baths, spa pools and bespoke saunas. Through every evolution, nature remains at the heart of what we do.
