01 · Training Ends at the Gym. Recovery Continues at Home—Together.
Customers who trained regularly kept describing the same gap: the workout was structured, but what came afterwards was not.
A quick stretch, a shower or a few minutes of rest did not provide a dedicated place to transition from physical effort into deeper recovery. That need became the starting point for the Gli range.
With Gli 1100, we considered how that transition could be shared.
It was developed for partners, family members or training companions who want to recover side by side, while still giving one person a more generous private space when used alone.
We did not simply add another seat to a wider cabin. The fully floating bench and four-tube heating layout were developed together, giving both users dedicated warmth across the back and knees.
Post-workout recovery therefore becomes more than an individual routine. It can become part of everyday life together.
02 · Side-by-Side Comfort Within 1.21 m²
Gli 1100 occupies only 1100 × 1100 mm of floor space—just 1.21 m²—providing meaningful room for two people without introducing unnecessary bulk into a bedroom, home gym or dedicated wellness area.
A single fully floating bench allows both users to sit naturally side by side. Removing much of the visible support beneath the seat reveals more of the floor and surrounding timber, helping the shared interior feel lighter and more open.
The horizontal timber lines extend across the bench as one continuous composition, visually connecting both sides of the cabin rather than separating them into individual seats.
The 1890 mm internal clear height provides natural clearance when entering, turning and settling onto the bench. This vertical proportion balances the compact footprint and prevents the interior from feeling compressed when shared.
Gli 1100 is not simply a wider one-person sauna. Its dimensions were shaped around comfortable side-by-side seating, giving both users the same relationship with the back and knee-level heating zones.
03 · Targeted Full Spectrum Warmth Across the Back and Knees
In a natural seated position, the back remains closest to the primary heating tube positioned behind each user, while the knees extend further forward.
After running, cycling, strength training or spending extended time on the feet, the knees and surrounding muscles can feel tight and fatigued. We did not want these areas to rely only on the general temperature inside the sauna for warmth.
Gli 1100 therefore provides each user with one primary full spectrum heating tube behind the back and an additional tube positioned around knee level.
Two 750 W tubes provide the primary heating coverage behind both users, while two 300 W tubes align with their knee areas. Together, the four elements deliver a total output of 2.1 kW.
Near-, mid- and far-infrared wavelengths combine to create warmth that feels immediate, sustained and layered. The lower tubes direct warmth more purposefully towards the knees and surrounding muscles, helping these areas feel warmer and more relaxed after training.
Because both sides of the bench receive the same heating arrangement, neither person is positioned further away from the intended heat source.
The objective was not simply to increase heating power. It was to distribute full spectrum warmth more purposefully, giving both users clearly defined coverage across the back and knees.
04 · Why We Chose Siberian White Pine
Within a two-person sauna, timber forms most of the visible environment. Its colour, grain and surface character directly influence how calm and comfortable the interior feels.
Siberian white pine has a naturally light appearance, with pale cream and soft golden tones supported by a relatively fine, even grain. For Gli 1100, we select clear-grade, knot-free timber to create calm, continuous surfaces across the walls, ceiling and fully floating bench.
Heat treatment introduces subtle honey and light caramel undertones while giving the grain greater depth. It also helps reduce moisture absorption and improve dimensional stability compared with untreated timber, supporting more consistent panel alignment through repeated heating and cooling.
Under the amber glow of the heating tubes and integrated lighting, the wood develops a richer tone without making the shared enclosure feel dark or visually heavy.
We chose this material for both its performance and character. It softens the technical presence of the four heating tubes and gives Gli 1100 a warmer, more natural and furniture-like place within the home.
05 · Broad Glazing That Opens the Shared Interior
Within a structure 1100 mm wide, a predominantly solid-timber frontage could make two people sitting side by side feel more enclosed.
We therefore used 6 mm tempered glass across the door and fixed side panel, allowing light and views from the surrounding room to continue into the sauna and helping both sides of the bench remain part of one open, connected environment.
The glass is designed for strength and resistance to temperature changes and everyday contact. In the unlikely event of breakage, it forms small, relatively blunt-edged fragments rather than large, sharp shards.
A transparent safety film provides an additional layer of protection by helping hold the fragments together and reduce scattering while preserving the clarity of the glass.
The glazing also reveals the proportions of the fully floating bench and considered four-tube heating layout. Balanced with the warm, heat-treated timber, it allows Gli 1100 to feel like part of the room rather than a closed, bulky piece of recovery equipment.
06 · Technology for Two, Quietly Integrated
The four full spectrum heating tubes remain visible because their relationship with the back and knees is central to the design. Other functions are integrated more quietly.
Concealed 7-colour LED chromotherapy lighting extends across the wider interior, bringing both users into the same atmosphere without exposing the light strip itself. Integrated reading lights provide focused illumination, while fully concealed Bluetooth audio fills the sauna with music, podcasts or calming sound without visible speakers interrupting the timber interior.
The digital control panel brings the main settings together in one clearly arranged interface. Users can set the time and temperature, select the infrared wavelength settings and adjust the 7-colour LED chromotherapy lighting and reading lights.
The PureAir oxygen ioniser and master power switch are positioned for straightforward operation while maintaining the overall visual simplicity.
Our Snap-Lock assembly system allows Gli 1100 to be carried through the home in manageable panels and assembled in its intended location. The locking system supports precise alignment without requiring permanent built-in construction or extensive renovation.
Once assembled, the sauna operates through a 10 A standard household plug, making it easier to incorporate into a suitable room within the home.
From the 1.21 m² footprint and 1890 mm internal clear height to the fully floating bench and dedicated back and knee-level warmth for both users, every decision supports one purpose: creating a considered place for two people to continue their post-workout recovery at home.
Designed from the needs of two post-workout bodies outwards. One shared place for deeper recovery at home.
For residential use, Gli 1100 is supported by a 5-year structural warranty, a 5-year warranty on heating components and a 3-year warranty on other components.
We design it. We build it. We stand behind it.
