Built Around a Softer, More Spacious Personal Recovery Experience

IB 1100 did not begin with the idea of creating another ice bath.

It began with a different question: what if personal recovery could feel more spacious, more comfortable and more naturally connected to the home?

That question shaped every decision that followed.

01 · Why the Wider Circular Form Follows the Experience

A one-person immersion Tub should feel personal without feeling confined.

The circular form creates a balanced space around the body, allowing the water to surround the immersed areas naturally while keeping everything comfortably within reach.

With a diameter of 1100 mm and an approximate Tub footprint of 0.95 m², IB 1100 provides a wider and more open immersion area while remaining suited to gardens, courtyards and indoor wellness spaces.

The integrated seat positioned at 250 mm supports a comfortable immersion position without requiring a separate internal seat.

The wider circular form was not chosen only for its appearance. It was selected to create a more spacious personal experience from the moment you enter the water and settle into position.

02 · Why the Water Had to Be Ready, Not Prepared

A personal recovery routine becomes harder to maintain when every session begins with buying, storing and carrying bags of ice.

IB 1100 replaces repeated preparation with a dedicated Chiller that automatically cools, heats, circulates, filters and maintains the water.

Temperature can be selected using the controls on the Chiller or through the compatible app, allowing the water to be prepared around your schedule.

Cold-water immersion and warm-water soaking become easier to begin, easier to repeat and ready when you are.

03 · Why We Designed Two Levels of Performance

Not every personal recovery routine has the same performance requirements.

The 0.6 HP Chiller provides cooling and heating from 3°C to 42°C with a strong balance of everyday performance and running cost.

For customers seeking faster temperature changes and more advanced water care, the 1.0 HP Chiller adds four-stage filtration and integrated ozone treatment.

Both options provide on-unit and compatible app control, allowing customers to choose the level of performance that best suits their routine and how quickly they want the water prepared.

04 · Why the Technical Equipment Had to Disappear

The Chiller makes the system work, but we did not want technical equipment to define how IB 1100 looks within the home.

The matching ventilated Step provides easier access to the Tub while integrating and concealing the selected Chiller within the overall design.

Customers can choose the streamlined Zen Step or the Nordic Step with integrated handrails for additional support. Each Step is matched to the selected Chiller and continues the same walnut finish as the Tub.

The Step was not treated as an accessory added afterwards. It became the connection between easier access, Chiller ventilation and a clean, complete appearance.

Instead of seeing a Tub, a machine and a separate Step, you see one unified home immersion system.

05 · Why We Chose a Sculpted Acrylic Inner Tub

The material that surrounds the body shapes how the immersion experience feels.

The distinctive Elephant Grey acrylic surface feels warmer and softer to the touch than stainless steel, creating a gentler point of contact when entering and settling into the water.

Its one-piece moulded structure is reinforced with fibreglass, while the sculpted form allows for smooth curves and an integrated seat designed around a comfortable personal immersion position.

Double-layer insulation helps limit unnecessary temperature changes.

Combined with the natural warmth of the heat-treated, knot-free walnut exterior, the acrylic inner Tub gives IB 1100 a calm and refined character suited to everyday wellness at home.

06 · Why Simplicity Had to Continue Between Sessions

The ownership experience continues after you step out of the water.

Integrated circulation and filtration help manage the water between sessions, while the complimentary insulated Tub lid helps shield the water surface from debris and limit unnecessary temperature changes.

When the water needs to be changed, the purpose-designed drainage adaptor connects the Tub outlet to a standard Australian garden hose, making it easier to direct the water towards a suitable drainage location or reuse it where appropriate and permitted.

Preparation, immersion, water care and drainage were designed as parts of one continuous experience.

The result is a complete home immersion system designed around one person, with a wider form, a softer acrylic interior and water prepared around your routine.
