Remaining in a stable and comfortable position allows the cooling sensation to surround the immersed areas evenly throughout the session.

IB 900 did not begin with the idea of creating another ice bath.

It began with a different question: what if personal recovery could have a dedicated place at home, ready when you are?

That question shaped every decision that followed.

01 · Why the Circular Form Follows the Experience

A one-person immersion Tub should feel personal without feeling confined.

The circular form creates a balanced space around the body, allowing the water to surround the immersed areas naturally while keeping everything comfortably within reach.

An integrated seat positioned at 300 mm provides a stable place to settle into an upright position without requiring a separate internal seat.

With a diameter of 890 mm and an approximate Tub footprint of 0.62 m², IB 900 creates a substantial immersion experience within a space suited to gardens, courtyards and indoor wellness areas.

The circle was not chosen only for its appearance. It was selected to shape the complete experience of entering the water, finding a comfortable position and becoming still.

02 · Why the Water Had to Be Ready, Not Prepared

A personal recovery routine becomes harder to maintain when every session begins with buying, storing and carrying bags of ice.

IB 900 replaces repeated preparation with a dedicated Chiller that automatically cools and maintains the water, with heating available on selected models for a gentler warm soak.

Temperature can be selected using the controls on the Chiller or through the compatible app, allowing the water to be prepared around your schedule.

Cold-water immersion becomes easier to begin, easier to repeat and ready when you are.

03 · Why We Designed Three Ways to Begin

Not every personal recovery routine begins in the same way.

Some customers want a dedicated cold plunge with the lowest estimated running cost. Others want the flexibility to move between cold-water immersion and a warm soak. Some prioritise faster temperature changes and more advanced water care.

The 0.3 HP Chiller provides a focused cooling-only experience.

The 0.6 HP Chiller adds cooling and heating with a balance of everyday performance and running cost.

The 1.0 HP Chiller provides the fastest temperature adjustment, four-stage filtration and integrated ozone water treatment.

Offering three Chiller options allows each customer to choose the experience and level of performance that best suits their routine rather than paying for functions they may not need.

04 · Why the Technical Equipment Had to Disappear

The Chiller makes the system work, but we did not want technical equipment to define how IB 900 looks within the home.

The matching ventilated Step provides easier access to the Tub while integrating and concealing the selected Chiller within the overall design.

Customers can choose the streamlined Zen Step or the Nordic Step with handrails for additional support. Each Step is matched to the selected Chiller and continues the same walnut finish as the Tub.

The Step was not treated as an accessory added afterwards. It became the connection between easier access, Chiller ventilation and a clean, complete appearance.

Instead of seeing a Tub, a machine and a separate Step, you see one unified home immersion system.

05 · Why It Had to Feel Natural in the Home

An ice bath is visible within its surroundings for far longer than each individual immersion session lasts.

The sculptural circular form gives IB 900 a balanced presence when viewed from different directions, while heat-treated, knot-free walnut brings natural warmth and a furniture-like finish.

Precisely finished wood-joint detailing reinforces the craftsmanship of the exterior.

Inside, the smooth 1.5 mm stainless-steel Tub creates a substantial immersion area, while double-layer insulation helps limit unnecessary temperature changes.

The contrast between the stainless-steel interior and warm walnut exterior reflects our design approach: performance where it matters and natural warmth where the product meets the home.

06 · Why Simplicity Had to Continue Between Sessions

The ownership experience continues after you step out of the water.

Integrated circulation and filtration help manage the water between sessions, while the complimentary insulated Tub lid helps shield the water surface from debris and limit unnecessary temperature changes.

When the water needs to be changed, the purpose-designed drainage adaptor connects the Tub outlet to a standard Australian garden hose, making it easier to direct the water towards a suitable drainage or reuse location.

Preparation, immersion, water care and drainage were designed as parts of one continuous experience.

The result is a complete home immersion system designed around one person, one routine and one uninterrupted moment in the water.
