Orans vouchers (“Vouchers”) are issued by Orans Australia (“Orans”, “we”, “us”, “our”). - Redemption
Vouchers are redeemable online at orans.com.au unless otherwise stated. Vouchers must be entered at checkout to apply. - Validity & Expiry (2 Years)
Vouchers are valid for two (2) years from the date of issue, unless a shorter validity period is stated on the Voucher or in the promotional communication. Any unused value after the expiry date is forfeited, except where required by law. - Single Use / One Per Order
Unless stated otherwise, Vouchers are single-use and one Voucher may be redeemed per order. - Non-Transferable / No Cash Value
Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable, and may not be resold, transferred, or exchanged. - Exclusions
Vouchers cannot be used to purchase gift cards/vouchers and may exclude selected products, bundles, shipping, installation, or other services as stated in the offer. - Minimum Spend (if applicable)
If a Voucher has a minimum spend requirement, it is calculated after discounts and excludes shipping and service fees unless stated otherwise. - Discount Calculation
If the Voucher provides a discount, it applies to eligible items only and is calculated on the item price at the time of purchase. - Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged for cash. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind on Voucher purchases. If a Voucher is used towards a purchase and that purchase is returned, any refund will be processed in accordance with our Returns Policy and Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. - Lost, Stolen, or Misused Vouchers
Treat Vouchers like cash. Orans is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or unauthorised use of Vouchers. - Fraud & Abuse
Orans may cancel a Voucher, reject an order, or suspend redemption where we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, tampering, or breach of these Terms. - Changes & Cancellation
Orans may amend, suspend, or withdraw a Voucher offer at any time to the extent permitted by law. - Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
