01 · Relaxation & Stress Relief

The gentle, enveloping warmth of a far infrared sauna creates a natural opportunity to slow down, unwind and step away from the demands of the day.

Because far infrared sauna operates at a lower air temperature than traditional sauna, the experience can feel more comfortable and less intense—making it easier to relax, stay present and turn regular sauna time into a restorative part of everyday life.

02 · Mindful Time & Mental Reset

Away from screens, notifications and everyday distractions, an infrared sauna creates uninterrupted time for stillness and quiet reflection.

The sustained warmth encourages a slower rhythm—giving you space to clear your mind, reconnect with yourself and transition more intentionally between work, training and rest.

Over time, that dedicated pause can become as valuable as the heat itself.

03 · Deep Warming & Healthy Circulation

Far infrared creates a distinctly different heat experience.

Rather than relying primarily on very hot surrounding air, infrared energy is absorbed by the body and converted into heat, creating sustained whole-body warmth at a more moderate cabin temperature.

As body temperature rises, heart rate and blood flow respond naturally to the heat. Infrared and far infrared thermal therapies have also been studied for their effects on circulation and vascular function.

The result is a deep, comfortable warming experience that can leave the body feeling relaxed, warm and restored.

04 · Post-Workout Recovery

Far infrared sauna can be a natural addition to the period after training.

Research examining infrared sauna after exercise has explored benefits for muscle soreness, neuromuscular recovery and the body’s transition from physical effort into rest.

The gentle heat allows tired muscles to relax while creating dedicated time for recovery—making sauna an easy ritual to incorporate after strength training, endurance exercise or an active day.

05 · Muscle Comfort, Stiffness & Mobility

Heat has long been valued for the way it can help the body feel warmer, looser and more comfortable.

Research into infrared sauna has explored its effects on muscle discomfort, stiffness and physical recovery, while the combination of warmth and increased circulation can make the experience especially appealing after exercise, physical work or long periods of sitting.

For everyday users, it creates a simple ritual centred around movement, recovery and helping the body feel ready for what comes next.

06 · Deep Sweating & Natural Detoxification

Far infrared sauna can encourage sustained whole-body perspiration even while operating at a lower air temperature than traditional sauna.

Sweat is primarily made up of water and electrolytes, but studies have also detected small amounts of certain metals and environmental compounds in perspiration. While the liver and kidneys remain the body’s primary detoxification systems, sweating provides an additional natural pathway through which some compounds can leave the body.

Beyond the physiology, deep sweating contributes to the clean, light and refreshed feeling many people associate with an infrared sauna session.

07 · Immune System Support

Heat exposure creates a short, controlled physiological challenge that activates the body’s natural heat-response mechanisms.

Sauna and thermal research has observed temporary changes in white blood cells, inflammatory pathways and other immune-related markers following heat exposure. Research specifically focused on far infrared sauna and immune function is still developing, but infrared heat continues to attract interest as part of the broader relationship between thermal stress, recovery and healthy physiological resilience.

For many people, regular infrared sauna becomes one part of a broader lifestyle built around rest, movement, recovery and long-term wellbeing.

08 · Longevity & Long-Term Wellbeing

Interest in sauna extends well beyond how you feel immediately after a session.

Long-term population research into regular sauna bathing has found associations with favourable cardiovascular outcomes, lower cardiovascular mortality and lower all-cause mortality, contributing to growing interest in heat exposure as part of healthy ageing and long-term wellbeing.

The strongest longevity evidence currently comes from traditional Finnish sauna rather than far infrared sauna specifically, and these studies show association rather than proving that sauna itself extends lifespan. However, far infrared sauna shares many of the characteristics that make passive heat exposure compelling—including whole-body warming, cardiovascular response, circulation, sweating, relaxation and recovery.

A single session may be about warmth and recovery. The greater value may come from creating a wellbeing ritual you genuinely want to return to, week after week and year after year.

01 · Shared When You Want It, Spacious When You Don’t

Vine 1600 was designed to expand the ways a home sauna can be enjoyed.

It provides room for up to three people to experience far infrared warmth together. When used alone, its longer bench allows one person to sit back, extend the legs and settle into a more relaxed, semi-reclined position.

At this scale, a wider interior should create new possibilities—not simply add another seat.

That additional freedom needed to remain valuable whether Vine 1600 was being used by one, two or three people.

02 · Additional Width for Greater Freedom

We worked from movement and posture outwards.

We first established three upright seating positions, an 1890 mm internal clear height and enough bench length for one person to extend the legs. The exterior dimensions were then resolved around these requirements.

More of the cabin is therefore given to the body rather than lost in unnecessary structure.

The broader form was not created simply to accommodate another person; it was created to give the body greater freedom.

03 · A Wider Interior Held Together Visually

As the front becomes wider, proportion becomes increasingly important.

The vertical divisions across the glazing organise the façade into a clear rhythm, preventing the larger glass surface from feeling visually unstructured. Inside, the continuous bench and long horizontal timber slats move in the opposite direction, reconnecting the full width into one coherent space.

Black mesh allows the expanded heating system to recede visually behind the timber slats. Concealed chromotherapy lighting then extends colour across the upper interior, visually drawing the three seating areas together.

The glazing creates order from outside; the timber lines create continuity within.

04 · Heat That Follows the Way You Sit

Infrared coverage should follow the way the body actually uses the space.

For Vine 1600, eight Nano-Carbon heating panels are arranged around both shared upright seating and more relaxed solo positions.

During shared sessions, the panels distribute far infrared warmth across three seated positions, the surrounding sides and the lower body.

In a more relaxed solo position, the panel placement continues to support the back, sides and lower legs rather than concentrating warmth around a conventional upright seat.

The system maintains an ultra-low EMF range of 0–0.3 mG, while the long-life Nano-Carbon panels are designed to last up to five times longer than conventional mica heating panels.

Rather than simply increasing power, this broader coverage keeps warmth balanced across both upright and extended postures.

05 · More Space Without More Visual Noise

A larger interior can easily become more complicated, particularly when it requires additional heating surfaces, lighting and audio.

In Vine 1600, these functional elements are brought together through a consistent visual language. Black mesh unifies the background, timber slats form a continuous horizontal rhythm, the chromotherapy light source remains concealed and Bluetooth speakers stay out of sight.

Two interior towel and robe hooks—one on each side wall—provide a convenient place to keep towels or robes within reach while remaining discreetly integrated into the cabin.

Despite its increased capacity, Vine 1600 retains a snap-lock assembly system, allowing the cabin to be moved into the home in sections and assembled in its intended location.

It offers room to share, while giving one person the freedom to sit back, stretch out and enjoy the cabin at a slower, more relaxed pace.

For residential use, we support Vine 1600 with a 5-year structural warranty, a 5-year warranty on heating components and a 3-year warranty on other components.

We design it. We build it. We stand behind it.
