Vine 1700 - 4 Person Ultra-Low EMF Far Infrared Sauna

1700 × 1200 × 2000 mm | 4 Persons | 2.3 kW | 10 A Standard Household Plug | Running Cost ≈ $0.69/hr

Vine 1700 is the flagship family sauna in the range, designed around both comfortable four-person sessions and especially generous two-person use.

Share it with family or friends, or enjoy the additional space as a more relaxed retreat for two. Its two-bench layout allows both people to sit back and extend their legs at the same time, making the additional width genuinely useful rather than simply increasing capacity.

Ten ultra-low EMF Nano-Carbon heating panels provide balanced far infrared coverage for both upright seating and legs-extended positions. A full-height central glass door preserves a sense of openness, while timber heating zones on either side allow the front panels to warm both users’ extended lower legs and feet.

Concealed 7-colour LED chromotherapy lighting with integrated reading lights and a fully concealed Bluetooth audio system keep the expanded interior calm and uncluttered.

01 · Relaxation & Stress Relief

The gentle, enveloping warmth of a far infrared sauna creates a natural opportunity to slow down, unwind and step away from the demands of the day.

Because far infrared sauna operates at a lower air temperature than traditional sauna, the experience can feel more comfortable and less intense—making it easier to relax, stay present and turn regular sauna time into a restorative part of everyday life.

02 · Mindful Time & Mental Reset

Away from screens, notifications and everyday distractions, an infrared sauna creates uninterrupted time for stillness and quiet reflection.

The sustained warmth encourages a slower rhythm—giving you space to clear your mind, reconnect with yourself and transition more intentionally between work, training and rest.

Over time, that dedicated pause can become as valuable as the heat itself.

03 · Deep Warming & Healthy Circulation

Far infrared creates a distinctly different heat experience.

Rather than relying primarily on very hot surrounding air, infrared energy is absorbed by the body and converted into heat, creating sustained whole-body warmth at a more moderate cabin temperature.

As body temperature rises, heart rate and blood flow respond naturally to the heat. Infrared and far infrared thermal therapies have also been studied for their effects on circulation and vascular function.

The result is a deep, comfortable warming experience that can leave the body feeling relaxed, warm and restored.

04 · Post-Workout Recovery

Far infrared sauna can be a natural addition to the period after training.

Research examining infrared sauna after exercise has explored benefits for muscle soreness, neuromuscular recovery and the body’s transition from physical effort into rest.

The gentle heat allows tired muscles to relax while creating dedicated time for recovery—making sauna an easy ritual to incorporate after strength training, endurance exercise or an active day.

05 · Muscle Comfort, Stiffness & Mobility

Heat has long been valued for the way it can help the body feel warmer, looser and more comfortable.

Research into infrared sauna has explored its effects on muscle discomfort, stiffness and physical recovery, while the combination of warmth and increased circulation can make the experience especially appealing after exercise, physical work or long periods of sitting.

For everyday users, it creates a simple ritual centred around movement, recovery and helping the body feel ready for what comes next.

06 · Deep Sweating & Natural Detoxification

Far infrared sauna can encourage sustained whole-body perspiration even while operating at a lower air temperature than traditional sauna.

Sweat is primarily made up of water and electrolytes, but studies have also detected small amounts of certain metals and environmental compounds in perspiration. While the liver and kidneys remain the body’s primary detoxification systems, sweating provides an additional natural pathway through which some compounds can leave the body.

Beyond the physiology, deep sweating contributes to the clean, light and refreshed feeling many people associate with an infrared sauna session.

07 · Immune System Support

Heat exposure creates a short, controlled physiological challenge that activates the body’s natural heat-response mechanisms.

Sauna and thermal research has observed temporary changes in white blood cells, inflammatory pathways and other immune-related markers following heat exposure. Research specifically focused on far infrared sauna and immune function is still developing, but infrared heat continues to attract interest as part of the broader relationship between thermal stress, recovery and healthy physiological resilience.

For many people, regular infrared sauna becomes one part of a broader lifestyle built around rest, movement, recovery and long-term wellbeing.

08 · Longevity & Long-Term Wellbeing

Interest in sauna extends well beyond how you feel immediately after a session.

Long-term population research into regular sauna bathing has found associations with favourable cardiovascular outcomes, lower cardiovascular mortality and lower all-cause mortality, contributing to growing interest in heat exposure as part of healthy ageing and long-term wellbeing.

The strongest longevity evidence currently comes from traditional Finnish sauna rather than far infrared sauna specifically, and these studies show association rather than proving that sauna itself extends lifespan. However, far infrared sauna shares many of the characteristics that make passive heat exposure compelling—including whole-body warming, cardiovascular response, circulation, sweating, relaxation and recovery.

A single session may be about warmth and recovery. The greater value may come from creating a wellbeing ritual you genuinely want to return to, week after week and year after year.

01 · Comfortably Seats Four, Especially Generous for Two

Vine 1700 was developed around two complementary ways of enjoying a family-sized home sauna.

Within its 1700 × 1200 mm footprint, the two-bench layout comfortably accommodates up to four people for sessions with family or friends. When used by two, it allows both people to sit back and extend their legs at the same time, creating a more spacious and relaxed experience.

This gives Vine 1700 two distinct ways to be enjoyed: comfortable shared seating for four, or especially generous, legs-extended comfort for two.

The additional width therefore provides more than another seat. It creates greater freedom to share the sauna, stretch out and slow down.

02 · Designed Around the Way Two People Relax

The form of Vine 1700 did not begin with appearance alone. It began with how two people could use its wider interior at the same time.

When both people sit back and extend their legs, their lower legs and feet occupy more of the area towards the front of the cabin. To maintain balanced far infrared warmth in this position, heating coverage needs to reach the body from the front as well as the back and sides.

A nearly full-width glass façade would reduce the solid front surfaces available for integrating heating panels. Vine 1700 therefore required a different frontage rather than simply extending the glazing used across the smaller models.

Within an overall height of 2000 mm, the cabin provides 1890 mm of internal clear height, giving multiple users generous headroom while keeping its exterior proportions appropriate for the Australian home.

Vine 1700 is not simply a larger Vine 1600. Its form is shaped around a different interior arrangement and a more flexible way of using the space.

03 · The Front Is Part of the Heating System

Vine 1700 combines a full-height central glass door with timber heating zones on either side.

The central door allows light and sightlines to pass into the sauna, helping the family-sized interior remain open rather than enclosed. It uses 6 mm tempered glass with transparent safety film, maintaining a clear appearance while providing an additional layer of protection in the unlikely event of breakage.

The timber sections beside the door are not simply decorative. They provide the solid surfaces needed to integrate front Nano-Carbon heating panels positioned towards the lower legs and feet of both users when their legs are extended.

The balance is deliberate: enough glass to preserve openness, with enough timber to maintain more complete far infrared coverage for both upright and legs-extended positions.

The surrounding clear-grade, knot-free Canadian hemlock and exterior control panel are resolved together as one integrated front. Its calm, furniture-like character is a natural result of the functional design rather than the reason for reducing the glazing.

04 · Complete Heating Coverage for Both Ways of Using It

The Nano-Carbon panel layout considers both four people seated upright and two people relaxing with their legs extended.

During family sessions, warmth is distributed around the seating, back, side and lower-body zones. When two people stretch out, the front heating zones continue to provide far infrared coverage around their extended lower legs and feet.

This allows the warmth to follow the users’ actual body positions rather than assuming that everyone will remain seated upright throughout the session.

The system operates within an ultra-low EMF range of 0–0.3 mG. Its premium Nano-Carbon panels are also designed to last up to five times longer than conventional mica heating panels, supporting dependable long-term use for the whole household.

05 · Control Before—and During—Your Session

Vine 1700 features dual digital control panels, providing convenient access both outside and inside the cabin.

The exterior panel allows the sauna to be switched on and preheated before anyone enters, so the temperature and session settings can be prepared in advance.

Once inside, the second control panel allows adjustments to be made without opening the door or interrupting another person’s seating position.

The exterior panel is precisely integrated into the timber frontage, keeping the controls accessible while preserving the cabin’s composed appearance.

06 · Family-Sized, but Practical to Bring Home

Although Vine 1700 is the largest model in the Vine range, it retains the same snap-lock assembly system.

The cabin arrives in separate sections that can be brought into the home and assembled in its intended location, making a genuine four-person interior possible without requiring the sauna to arrive as one oversized structure.

Despite its capacity, Vine 1700 has a total power requirement of 2.3 kW and operates from a 10 A standard household plug, without requiring a dedicated hardwired connection.

Inside, concealed 7-colour LED chromotherapy lighting with integrated reading lights and a fully concealed Bluetooth audio system add functionality without making the expanded interior feel visually busy.

Vine 1700 brings together genuine family capacity, especially generous comfort for two and a composed, furniture-like exterior—within a sauna designed to belong naturally in the home.

For residential use, Vine 1700 is supported by a 5-year structural warranty, a 5-year warranty on heating components and a 3-year warranty on other components.
