01 · Relaxation & Stress Relief

The gentle, enveloping warmth of a far infrared sauna creates a natural opportunity to slow down, unwind and step away from the demands of the day.

Because far infrared sauna operates at a lower air temperature than traditional sauna, the experience can feel more comfortable and less intense—making it easier to relax, stay present and turn regular sauna time into a restorative part of everyday life.

02 · Mindful Time & Mental Reset

Away from screens, notifications and everyday distractions, an infrared sauna creates uninterrupted time for stillness and quiet reflection.

The sustained warmth encourages a slower rhythm—giving you space to clear your mind, reconnect with yourself and transition more intentionally between work, training and rest.

Over time, that dedicated pause can become as valuable as the heat itself.

03 · Deep Warming & Healthy Circulation

Far infrared creates a distinctly different heat experience.

Rather than relying primarily on very hot surrounding air, infrared energy is absorbed by the body and converted into heat, creating sustained whole-body warmth at a more moderate cabin temperature.

As body temperature rises, heart rate and blood flow respond naturally to the heat. Infrared and far infrared thermal therapies have also been studied for their effects on circulation and vascular function.

The result is a deep, comfortable warming experience that can leave the body feeling relaxed, warm and restored.

04 · Post-Workout Recovery

Far infrared sauna can be a natural addition to the period after training.

Research examining infrared sauna after exercise has explored benefits for muscle soreness, neuromuscular recovery and the body’s transition from physical effort into rest.

The gentle heat allows tired muscles to relax while creating dedicated time for recovery—making sauna an easy ritual to incorporate after strength training, endurance exercise or an active day.

05 · Muscle Comfort, Stiffness & Mobility

Heat has long been valued for the way it can help the body feel warmer, looser and more comfortable.

Research into infrared sauna has explored its effects on muscle discomfort, stiffness and physical recovery, while the combination of warmth and increased circulation can make the experience especially appealing after exercise, physical work or long periods of sitting.

For everyday users, it creates a simple ritual centred around movement, recovery and helping the body feel ready for what comes next.

06 · Deep Sweating & Natural Detoxification

Far infrared sauna can encourage sustained whole-body perspiration even while operating at a lower air temperature than traditional sauna.

Sweat is primarily made up of water and electrolytes, but studies have also detected small amounts of certain metals and environmental compounds in perspiration. While the liver and kidneys remain the body’s primary detoxification systems, sweating provides an additional natural pathway through which some compounds can leave the body.

Beyond the physiology, deep sweating contributes to the clean, light and refreshed feeling many people associate with an infrared sauna session.

07 · Immune System Support

Heat exposure creates a short, controlled physiological challenge that activates the body’s natural heat-response mechanisms.

Sauna and thermal research has observed temporary changes in white blood cells, inflammatory pathways and other immune-related markers following heat exposure. Research specifically focused on far infrared sauna and immune function is still developing, but infrared heat continues to attract interest as part of the broader relationship between thermal stress, recovery and healthy physiological resilience.

For many people, regular infrared sauna becomes one part of a broader lifestyle built around rest, movement, recovery and long-term wellbeing.

08 · Longevity & Long-Term Wellbeing

Interest in sauna extends well beyond how you feel immediately after a session.

Long-term population research into regular sauna bathing has found associations with favourable cardiovascular outcomes, lower cardiovascular mortality and lower all-cause mortality, contributing to growing interest in heat exposure as part of healthy ageing and long-term wellbeing.

The strongest longevity evidence currently comes from traditional Finnish sauna rather than far infrared sauna specifically, and these studies show association rather than proving that sauna itself extends lifespan. However, far infrared sauna shares many of the characteristics that make passive heat exposure compelling—including whole-body warming, cardiovascular response, circulation, sweating, relaxation and recovery.

A single session may be about warmth and recovery. The greater value may come from creating a wellbeing ritual you genuinely want to return to, week after week and year after year.

01 · A Sauna for the Space You Already Have

We noticed that many Australian homes contain areas that are difficult to use effectively. The space beneath a staircase may become a place for boxes, while a small spare room or former storage area may remain largely unused.

We developed Vine 930 around these overlooked areas, using its small footprint to make a private sauna possible without requiring a dedicated wellness room, extension or major renovation.

We did not simply want to make a smaller sauna. We wanted to help people create more value from the space they already have.

02 · Compact Outside, Comfortable Inside

We believe compact should describe the space a sauna occupies—not how it feels when you sit inside.

That principle guided the interior. We proportioned Vine 930 around a natural seated position, providing comfortable room for the upper body and legs within a remarkably small footprint.

The front glazing—comprising a glass door and fixed glass side panel—allows light and sightlines to pass through the cabin, reducing the feeling of enclosure.

The result is a private one-person cabin that feels comfortably enclosed rather than cramped.

03 · Five-Panel, Ultra-Low EMF Heating

We selected broad-surface Nano-Carbon panels and positioned five around the seated body: two behind the back, one on each side and one beneath the bench for the lower legs, including the calves.

This arrangement distributes 1.2 kW of gentle radiant heat across a wider area of the body, creating a more balanced seated heating experience rather than concentrating warmth in a single area.

Because the user sits close to the heating panels, we considered EMF carefully instead of treating it as a secondary specification. We specified the heating system to operate at an ultra-low EMF level of 0–0.3 mG—placing it among the lowest published EMF ranges in the Australian infrared sauna market.

By stating the actual range, we give customers a clearer understanding of the system they are choosing.

We also selected Nano-Carbon panels designed to last up to five times longer than conventional mica heating panels, supporting more reliable long-term use.

Based on an electricity rate of $0.30 per kWh, the 1.2 kW system has an estimated running cost of approximately $0.36 per hour. Actual costs will vary according to the electricity tariff, temperature setting, session duration and heating cycle.

Our aim was to reduce the footprint and power demand without compromising far infrared heat coverage.

04 · Tempered Safety Glass with an Added Layer of Protection

Glass allows light and sightlines to pass through the cabin, helping the smaller interior feel more open.

For Vine 930, we selected 6 mm tempered safety glass for its strength and resistance to the temperature changes and everyday contact associated with regular sauna use.

In the unlikely event of breakage, tempered glass is designed to break into small, blunt-edged fragments rather than large, sharp shards.

Rather than relying on tempered glass alone, we also apply an additional transparent safety film to help hold broken fragments together and reduce the likelihood of glass scattering across the surrounding floor.

The film does not make the glass unbreakable. It provides an additional layer of protection if breakage occurs.

05 · Complete in Function, Simple to Bring Home

We did not want Vine 930’s smaller footprint to mean giving up the features that make a personal sauna enjoyable and convenient to use.

To preserve the clean interior, we concealed the Bluetooth audio system so music, podcasts or calming sound can be enjoyed without visible speakers. We also integrated a reading light and PureAir oxygen ioniser to create a brighter, fresher cabin environment, while digital controls and a master power switch keep operation simple and direct.

Vine 930 connects to a 10 A standard household plug, avoiding the hardwired electrical installation required by many larger saunas.

Its quick-assembly panel construction makes the sections easier to move through the home and supports a more straightforward two-person installation, particularly where access or assembly space is limited.

Through considered proportions, five-panel heating, ultra-low EMF performance and thoughtfully integrated features, we created a complete personal far infrared sauna experience within a remarkably small footprint.

For residential use, we support Vine with a 5-year structural warranty, a 5-year warranty on heating components and a 3-year warranty on other components.

We design it. We build it. We stand behind it.
